Civil, Structural & Geotechnical Engineering for Educational Buildings

Our experience in the education sectors spans both government and privately funded projects. Recent history has seen this sector become more dependent on the residential sector, where large residential building developments create demand for a new school in the area. Value engineering is an integral feature for projects within this sector, with ‘model school’ layouts favoured – however our team is adept at adapting or modifying these layouts to create bespoke schools. Our solutions to the challenges of educational projects include utilising Modern Methods of Construction, and sustainable construction using cross-laminated timber. We also specialise in steelwork with pre-cast or composite decks, & concrete frames including post-tensioning.
